Terms and Conditions:

1. Contract Duration and Payment:

This Agreement is on a month-to-month basis. Subscriber agrees to pay the monthly subscription fees in advance, as specified in the pricing plan provided by Intercel. Payment shall be made through the designated payment methods communicated by Intercel.

2. Cancellation and Termination:

Subscriber may cancel or terminate the services provided by providing written notice to accounts@intercelonline.co.za. Such notice must be submitted at least 1 (one) calendar month prior to the desired date of cancellation or termination. Intercel reserves the right to enforce this notice period to ensure the orderly cessation of services.

3. First Payment:

Subscriber's first payment, as indicated in the pricing plan, becomes due within 3 days after the activation of the service. Failure to make this payment within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension or termination of services.

4. Monthly Subscription Fees:

Monthly subscription fees are due and payable in advance by the 1st day of each month. Timely payment is essential to maintain uninterrupted access to the subscribed services. Late payment may lead to temporary suspension or termination of services.

5. Internet Service Details:

Intercel Online provides an uncapped and unlimited data Internet service. This means that no Fair Usage Policy (FUP) or data throttling is applied. Subscriber can enjoy high-speed, uninterrupted Internet browsing and usage, subject to our acceptable use policy.
